Made by Mercurious. This is a really old symbol dating back to Sumerian times (5,000+ years) and are found eating their own tails in ancient Egyptian glyphs and a whole variety of religious, esoteric and alchemic texts since then.

The term "ouroboros" itself is of Greek origin, meaning "tail-devourer"

The ouroboros is often interpreted as a symbol for the cycles of death and rebirth with obvious spiritual symbolism.  The snake biting its own tail is also often considered a symbol of fertility (the tail is a phallic symbol and the mouth is a yonic symbol).
