This is a one of a kind large Sterling piece with a 1 3/4” wide Rainbow Moonstone crown set in the center. The moonstone is above a hand carved buffalo horn Death Head moth. Measures 2 1/2” tall hanging from an oxidized Sterling chain. Made by Loved To Death with a signature blood drop 🩸 on the back.
